If your callout boxes settings aren’t saving - like background fill or rounded corners - there are a few settings that might not be in place!
Settings to check:
Click “Apple Properties”
After you’ve adjusted your callout box settings, you’ll want to select the “Apply Properties” button to save the changes you’ve made otherwise it will revert to the default settings.
My changes still aren’t saving. What do I do next?
If your changes still aren’t saving after clicking “Apply Properties” try using Chrome’s Incognito Mode:
Log out of Atticus using the profile icon in the top right.
NOTE: If you don't even see a profile icon, go ahead and close the Atticus tab (but not your browser) and move on to the next step
From your regular Chrome browser, open an Incognito window by pressing:
Windows: CTRL SHIFT N
Mac: CMD SHIFT N
Now that your in Incognito mode, type app.atticus.io
Log back into your account
