Boost your store's repurchase rate and motivate your customers to review their purchases by offering discount codes for their subsequent orders.
Activating the Feature
Go to "Collect Review".
Choose "Discount".
Determine the types of reviews for which discounts will be offered.
Set the discount value.
Ensure you hit the "Save" button.
How Does This Feature Function?
Upon activation, a notification will show up on the "write a review" window.
Whenever customers leave reviews that meet the discount criteria, they'll be provided with a unique discount code. This code will appear in a pop-up window and in the email we dispatch to them.
Revoking Granted Discount Codes
In your Shopify admin, head to "Discount".
Search for discount codes generated by Audien, labeled as "AudienReviewReward".
Choose the discount you wish to revoke.
Press the "Deactivate" button.
Locating a Discount Code from a Specific Review
Navigate to "Manage Review".
Select the particular review.
Within the Review details, locate the discount code associated with that review.
Important Reminder
Should you turn off the discount feature, previously issued discount codes will remain active. To invalidate these codes, you must manually deactivate them via the Shopify admin.
