Boost your store's credibility by effortlessly collecting feedback from your purchasers. Our "Review Request Email" feature facilitates this by setting up an email campaign to encourage customers to share their experiences.
Activating the Auto Email Review Request
Navigate to "Collect Review";
Select "Request Settings";
Toggle the switch as the picture shows, to activate the feature;
Don't forget to click the "Save" button.
(💡Note: This feature is applicable only for orders fulfilled after its activation.)
Edit the sender information
Customize the sender's name and email as illustrated in the image below.
Enhance your brand's presence by uploading your logo. A square-sized logo is recommended.
Audien Review will dispatch emails on behalf of the name and email address you specify.
Email Timing & Reminder Email
Audien Review seamlessly syncs with all new orders from your Shopify admin.
You can customize the timing for emails. Audien Review will automatically send a review request email to your customer once the order aligns with the specified timing.
(For example: As illustrated in the image below, the initial review request email will be dispatched 14 days after the orders are fulfilled. If not all products are reviewed in the first email, a follow-up email will be sent 7 days after the initial one.)
For immediate review requests, click the plane icon next to the desired order.
Cancelling a Request
To opt-out of sending a review request for a specific order, click the cancel button next to the order.
Important Notes
Disabling "Auto Review Requests" impacts scheduled emails. Specifically, any currently scheduled emails won't be sent upon deactivation.
