At times, reviews may contain inappropriate content. If you wish to keep such reviews hidden from your storefront, follow these steps:

1. Go to "Manage Reviews".

2. Click the button as the picture shows to search for specific keywords

3. You can choose to unpublish or delete the review, preventing it from being displayed on your storefront.

(Note: Deleted reviews cannot be recovered.)
