If you are eligible for a reward or prize, the event promoter will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after registrations close, using the contact details provided in your registration form. (You can view this in the email campaign after you have registered).
You may be contacted by the promoter via phone call or SMS to your mobile number, an email or a Facebook message. Typically only the winners are notified.
All rewards/prizes are awarded by the event promotor, not Audience Republic.
