Let’s take a quick look around:
On the left-hand side, you’ll see the main menu. This is where you’ll find all the services included in the Live Hub pricing—like Bots, Speech Services, SIP Connections, Teams, and more. Keep in mind, when you first create an account, it’s automatically set as a trial account, meaning some features might be limited. But no worries! Simply top up your account to unlock all features, or contact the Live Hub team to upgrade your plan.
At the bottom-left corner, you’ll find the Wizard, a helpful step-by-step guide to creating bots, configuring SIP trunks, and more.
Now, let’s move to the top-right corner. Here, you’ll find the IAM System Management screen, where you can access your API key and other key account settings.
Next to it is the Help Center, your go-to resource for opening support tickets, verifying your domain, or exploring API documentation.
Just next to it, you’ll see your Account Balance. This keeps you informed of your usage, including minutes and numbers consumed.
