Log in to LiveHub
Access LiveHub Login and sign in with your administrator credentials.
Access the Bots Section
In the main menu, go to Bots to start the bot integration setup.
Add New Voice Bot
Click Add New Voice Bot and select Microsoft Bot Framework to connect an Azure bot.
Enter Bot Configuration Details
Provide necessary details, including the Bot Handle, Microsoft App ID, and Microsoft App Password (these can be obtained from your Azure Bot configuration in the Azure portal).
Configure Bot Channels
Set up bot channels as required to enable the bot to communicate via LiveHub’s voice channels.
Test Bot Connection
Once configured, test the bot connection to ensure it’s properly integrated. You can do this by initiating a test call within LiveHub.
Save and Deploy
Click Save to complete the setup. Your Azure bot is now connected to LiveHub and ready for use.
