Dear Live Hub community. For those who use SIP calls, kindly follow the directions below and let us know in case you have any questions.

We would like to inform you about an upcoming change to the Live Hub certificate used for SIP calls sent towards Live Hub, which may affect your certificate validation process.

What鈥檚 Changing?

To improve security, we are updating the root Certificate Authority (CA) that signs the LiveHub certificate used for SIP call endpoints.

Current Root CA: DigiCert Global Root CA

New Root CA: DigiCert Global Root G2

Regions Affected: Europe and USA

Transition Period: Europe - June 1, 2025 I USA - December 1, 2025

Required Action:

If you are validating the certificate presented by LiveHub when making SIP calls, you must add the new DigiCert Global Root G2 CA to your list of trusted root CAs before June 1, 2025. (Europe - June 1, 2025 I USA - December 1, 2025)

During the transition period, both the old and new root CAs should be trusted on your systems to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
