COVID-19 records can be added from a resident's details tab or their documents tab. The influenza vaccine documentation can be added from the Details tab.
Option 1: Using the Details tab
Step 1:
Click on the "Details" tab of the resident's chart.
Step 2:
Click the โAddโ button next to the immunization record you would like to update. It is the same process for COVID-19 and Flu (influenza).
Step 3:
Enter the administration date and click "add." We recommend you upload immunization records here, but it is not required.
Option 2: Through the documents tab: COVID-19 Only
Step 1:
Navigate to the "Documents" tab of the residents chart
Step 2:
Click the button on the bottom of the right-hand "New Document" menu:
Step 3:
Select "Immunization Record" as the document type:
Step 4:
Upload the document, enter the administration date, and finalize by pressing "Add."
