How to Print COVID Vaccination Report

See all of your residents’ COVID vaccination records in three clicks.

Access COVID Vaccination Report

  1. Click on the “Insights” page:

  2. Go to “Reports” in the top right corner and select “COVID-19 Vaccinations” from the drop-down:

  3. Download the excel file or print directly from August Health:

Note: if you don’t see this report in your drop-down menu, please reach out to our Customer Success team via the Help & Support button in the bottom left corner of the Application or email us at support@augusthealth.com.
