You can search for help in August Health by clicking the "Help & Support" button on the bottom left of the page. From there, you can send a message to the support team or explore the Help Center to search for specific Help articles.
Step 1:
Start by clicking on the "Help and Support" button on the bottom left side of August Health above your name.
Step 2:
Once you've clicked the Help & Support button, you'll see a pop-up window. This is your access to help articles, as well as the Chat with the August Health team!
To explore Help Articles, click on "Search for help".
Step 3:
When you click into "Search for help", you'll then be brought to the resource library. You can look around on your own, or type in your question in the search box.
