Updating Documents (adding a new document)

Starting a task that has already been completed before

Step 1:
Navigate to the "Documents" tab of the resident's chart.

Step 2:

Select a document on the "New Documents" list on the right side of the screen. Once selected, a new task will open. When a new task is completed, the previous version will be archived.
