Documents that are completed on or uploaded to August Health can be viewed in the resident's Documents tab. The most recent copy will appear in the preview, and any prior completed versions will be accessible in the archive.
Step 1:
Navigate to the resident's 'Documents' tab.
Step 2:
Select the document to view.
Step 3:
When you click into the document the most recent completed version will appear in the preview screen. There, you can view, print, or download the document if needed.
If a document was completed more than once in August Health, the previous versions will be archived. To see prior versions, click on 'View Archived Versions' and select the completion date that you would like to view.
If the 'View Archived Versions' button is not there on the right, then there have been no previous completions of the document.
