When you add a note or an incident, you can also mark a resident on alert.
Add a note or an incident on a resident's Notes tab
After saving the note or incident, use the "On Alert" toggle to set the resident on alert.
Select the alert duration and how frequently the resident should be checked. Alert instructions are optional.
The alert will now appear on the note/incident to which it was added. You can also click to edit the alert.
Residents on alert will have a badge at the top of their chart
Residents on alert will also have their alert shown on the Residents page for your community:
If you have any residents on alert, you can filter your Residents list to see only the residents on alert:
