When entering incidents to a resident's Notes tab, we autofill an LIC 624 Incident Report for you to print and submit.
Step 1:
Add an Incident (or edit an existing incident) and make sure you've selected "Notify State" as a follow-up action:
Step 2:
When viewing the incident on the resident's Notes tab, you'll now see a link to download LIC 624:
Step 3:
You can now finish filling out any remaining fields on the LIC 624 PDF before printing and sending.
