  1. You can print a blank assessment from any open assessment task you can find an assessment task on a resident's Task tab, or in the Compliance tab

  2. Once you have found an open assessment task, click into it

  3. Once you are in the Assessment, select the print icon on the top right corner

3. From here, you will be prompted to select if you'd like to print a "Blank Version" (for example, if the resident has already been assessed, and you'd like to print without their current selections marked). You can also select if you'd like to hide the resident's name when printing. After you'd made your selection - select Continue and you will be prompted to send the document to print

Note for Google Chrome users: If you try printing a blank assessment but the resident's name is still listed at the top of the document, this may be due to a Google Chrome printing setting. To check this:

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Click "Print" on any page, or use the Command + P Keyboard shortcut

  3. In the Print settings on the right, open the "More settings" dropdown

  4. Within the "Options" Section, make sure that "Headers and Footers" is unchecked

  5. Click save

  6. Try printing a blank assessment again
