While we hope you'll always use our e-signing platform, we know that they may be instances where signing on paper just makes sense for you.

(hint: you can use our sign in-person button if the RP wants to sign in the community without logging into their own account)

To do so:

  1. Open the task you'd like to print for signature from the resident's Task tab:

  2. Make sure you've filled out all of the required fields. Then click "Continue" until you get to the preview of the completed document:

  3. If the document is set up for the community representative's signature first, you can Continue to Sign. If not, you'll sign on paper after the RP.

  4. Hit the button to download:

  5. Print from your computer and sign on paper.

  6. Scan, then upload the signed copy to the resident's Details tab (upload instructions here). This will ensure you always have a copy of it and keep your Compliance page free from confusing clutter!
