Filter Community Notes & Incidents

When you have notes and incidents for multiple residents, it may be helpful to filter them to find something in particular you're looking for.

Step 1:

Navigate to the "Notes & Incidents" tab to see all notes and incidents across your community.

Step 2:

Select "Filter" in the top right of the screen.

Step 3:

Select as many options as you'd like, including type, incident status, or which staff member created it.


For a time filter, click the calendar icon. You can select a specific date range using the calendar or choose from our pre-selected list.

Step 3:

After clicking "Filter" or "Apply" in the respective filter, any notes or incidents with any of the selected filters will be displayed.

*To remove the filter and see all notes and incidents again, you can individually remove the filters at the top of the page or select "Filter" and then "Clear All"
