When you have notes and incidents for multiple residents, it may be helpful to filter them to find something in particular you're looking for. Managing incident reports effectively is crucial for maintaining a safe and well-organized community. August Health provides tools to view, filter, and analyze incident reports across the community.
Step 1:
Navigate to the "Notes & Incidents" tab to see all notes and incidents across your community. This section displays all notes and incidents across the community, not just those tied to a specific resident’s chart.
Step 2:
Select "Filter" in the top right of the screen.
Step 3:
Select as many options as you'd like, including type, incident status, or which staff member created it.
For a time filter, click the calendar icon. You can select a specific date range using the calendar or choose from our pre-selected list.
Step 3:
After clicking "Filter" or "Apply" in the respective filter, any notes or incidents with any of the selected filters will be displayed.
*To remove the filter and see all notes and incidents again, you can individually remove the filters at the top of the page or select "Filter" and then "Clear All"

You can now filter the view of the community-wide Notes and Incidents tab by clicking this button. It will automatically display the filters you currently have selected. Your options include "Date of Event," "Date Created," and "Date Modified."
