The goal is to streamline the entire product-finding process, allowing you to focus on scaling your dropshipping business efficiently.
Note: The AutoDS Marketplace feature is not a supplier itself. The AutoDS Marketplace feature is a platform that provides access to reliable private suppliers who are hosted and verified within the system.
The platform handles the integration, payment processing, and order management, but the products are sourced from verified third-party suppliers and the warehouse inventory.
Important: Currently, Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) is the only order fulfillment method when AutoDS Suppliers, Print on Demand (POD), and AutoDS Sourcing Service are the product's supplier.

The AutoDS Marketplace feature provides access to two main supplier categories, allowing you to source products according to your strategy and business goals:
Retail Suppliers: Traditional dropshipping sources like Amazon, AliExpress, and Walmart.
AutoDS Suppliers: Including Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse inventory.
Each supplier type within the AutoDS Marketplace feature supports different needs, from retail sourcing to fast-shipping warehouse options with verified suppliers.
Additional AutoDS supplier options: Beyond the AutoDS Marketplace feature, AutoDS also offers Print on Demand for custom-designed products and AutoDS Sourcing Service for specialized product sourcing needs.

Retail Suppliers
Retail suppliers are traditional dropshipping sources.

Note: On the product page within the AutoDS Marketplace feature, retail suppliers typically appear under the seller's name rather than the platform name. To identify the true origin of a product, you'll need to import it to your Drafts page, where complete supplier information will be displayed.

AutoDS Suppliers (Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse)
AutoDS Suppliers include two types: Private Suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse inventory. Here's what each type includes:
Private Suppliers: independent verified suppliers who sell directly through the AutoDS Marketplace feature.
AutoDS Warehouse: a fulfillment center located in China and managed directly by AutoDS. All products in this case are shipped from China.
AutoDS Suppliers' benefits:
Faster shipping than standard retail options.
Improved and closer customer support.
Special discounts for AutoDS dropshippers.
Gift card branding options.
Easier order management through AutoDS.
More reliable stock and price monitoring.
Note: Some private suppliers might restrict their products from being listed on specific selling channels (such as Wayfair or eBay). Please always check for selling channel restrictions when importing items to make sure they are compatible with your selling platform.
Identify Private Suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse
Understanding which products come from private suppliers and AutoDS Warehouses enables you to make informed strategic product selection decisions based on your business needs, whether you prioritize branding capabilities, exclusive products, or expedited shipping times.
To find private suppliers in the AutoDS Marketplace feature:
Inside the AutoDS Marketplace, use the filter "Supplier" → "AutoDS Suppliers" to show only verified private suppliers and warehouse items.
To identify the supplier type, check the supplier name: If it shows a store name, it's a Private Supplier.
You can also look for the "Message This Supplier" to identify AutoDS Suppliers (this is not available for regular retail suppliers).
To find AutoDS Warehouse in the AutoDS Marketplace feature:
Use the "AutoDS Warehouse" keyword to search in the "All categories" field as shown below.
To identify the supplier type, check the supplier name: If it says AutoDS Warehouse, it's AutoDS Supplier.
Leave the "Ships from" field empty, as all AutoDS Warehouse products ship from China. Selecting another country will return no results.

To get started with the AutoDS Marketplace feature:
Log in to your account.
Click Marketplace from the sidebar menu on the left side of your dashboard. This will open the main Marketplace interface.
Explore product categories such as New Arrivals, Outdoors, Sports and Fitness, Toys and Hobbies, Home and Garden, Electronics, Fashion, and more.
Each category displays products in a grid format, with essential information visible at a glance, allowing you to quickly browse hundreds of potential products without needing to click into individual listings. These categories are updated regularly to reflect current trends and seasonal demands.
Search and filter options
To find products that meet your specific criteria and business goals, the AutoDS Marketplace feature provides robust search and filtering capabilities. These tools help you narrow down thousands of products to find exactly what you're looking for.
Additionally, using these filters in combination enables you to create highly targeted product searches that precisely match your specific business needs and customer demographics.

Filters: categorized from Ship-to region, ship-from location, currency, price range, and supplier.

How to import a product from AutoDS Marketplace
Once you've found a product in the AutoDS Marketplace that you want to sell, you can import it directly to your AutoDS Drafts for customization before publishing to your store.

Clicking on any product title in the AutoDS Marketplace feature opens a comprehensive details page that provides everything you need to make an informed decision about the product selection. This page consolidates information that would typically require visiting multiple websites and tabs.
This view ensures that you have all the necessary information to make informed product selection decisions and set realistic customer expectations.

Returns and refunds for AutoDS Marketplace feature orders
The AutoDS Marketplace feature offers tailored processes for managing order returns and refund situations, depending on your supplier type.
Private Suppliers:
Go to the Orders Page, find the specific order, and click “Message This Supplier”.
Explain the situation and request to: cancel an order (if it has not yet shipped), make changes to an order (if it is still possible), initiate a return (if the product has been received and is eligible), or request a refund (with proper justification and compliance with supplier policy).
Refunds are credited back to your AutoDS balance once approved.
AutoDS Warehouse:
Products from AutoDS Warehouse cannot be returned.
Exception: If the product arrived damaged:
In the order page, click “Message This Supplier”.
Explain what happened and provide proof (images and videos) within seven business days after the order is delivered.
AutoDS will check the validity of the complaint and process it accordingly.
Refunds are credited back to your AutoDS balance once approved.
Retail suppliers:
The process depends on each supplier's return and refund policies. However, if you are using FBA as an order automation method, AutoDS will handle the return process for you.
Important:
Always review the supplier's return and refund policies before selling their products.
Response times and approval rates vary by supplier.
Private suppliers may have different return windows and restocking fees.
Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Please make sure to document all customer communications and supplier responses for record-keeping.

The AutoDS Marketplace feature is included in every subscription plan at no additional charge. However, some advanced features within the Marketplace may require a further subscription, such as the Product Finding Hub ($14.97 per month).

The primary difference between private suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse is that private suppliers utilize the AutoDS platform to sell their products, and there are no specific restrictions on the country of origin (shipping location).
You can find suppliers that ship products from different locations and use the filter tool on the AutoDS Marketplace dashboard page to search.
AutoDS Warehouse, on the other hand, is a fulfillment center managed directly by AutoDS in China, meaning all products are shipped from there. They may offer lower prices than other retail suppliers, but it's essential to consider the shipping time, depending on the location to which you're shipping.

You can communicate directly with private suppliers using the "Message this supplier" button. For all products from private suppliers, this feature is available on the product detail page in the AutoDS Marketplace feature and on the order page for any orders placed with that supplier.
When to contact suppliers:

Request clarification about shipping or availability
Explore supplier details and policies
After placing orders:
Check order status and tracking details
Submit cancellation requests (if not yet shipped)
Initiate return requests for eligible products
Important: Cancellations and returns with AutoDS Suppliers must be requested by messaging the supplier through the Orders page. Use the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the order and select "Send a message to supplier" as described above.
Managing your conversations:
After your first message to an AutoDS supplier, the Messages tab will appear in your sidebar menu. Inside this tab, you can:

Orders through the AutoDS Marketplace feature are paid differently depending on the supplier type:
For Private Suppliers, AutoDS Warehouse, Print on Demand, and Sourcing Service: All orders are paid using your AutoDS balance, since Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) automation is required for these supplier types.
For Retail Suppliers: When you import products from retail suppliers through the AutoDS Marketplace feature, the supplier is automatically added to your settings with recommended options activated, including FBA by default. You can modify these settings if needed.
Important: AutoDS does not charge any commission on your sales. You only pay the product cost and shipping fee.

When working with the AutoDS Marketplace feature, we recommend that users ensure stock and price monitoring are enabled in Settings > Supplier Settings > AutoDS Marketplace right after uploading a product.
If it is not enabled, we cannot guarantee that the price and stock will be accurate when you receive an order.
Make sure the price and stock monitoring feature are enabled for all regions, and also for each supplier you select inside the AutoDS Marketplace feature.
Note: Price and stock monitoring feature is available on all plans except the Import 200 plan.

Branding options for AutoDS Marketplace feature orders depend on the supplier type:
Gift card branding: Available for orders shipped by private suppliers or the AutoDS Warehouse. You can include a professional gift card featuring your store's logo with these orders.
Product or packaging branding: Not currently supported for any supplier type on AutoDS, including private suppliers, AutoDS warehouse, and retail suppliers.
For custom-designed products: Consider using Print on Demand options to create products with your custom designs. However, please note that while the product itself can be customized, the packaging will not include your branding.
