Introduction
Auto-Order Credits in AutoDS empower your store's automation, enabling you to scale faster and minimize disruptions in your dropshipping workflow. Think of them as your internal currency for order automation actions on the platform.
Each credit functions like a token, enabling specific automated actions such as placing orders, managing fulfillment, and converting tracking numbers. This way, you can focus on growing your business instead of handling repetitive tasks.
The Auto-Order Credits offers several advantages for your daily workflow:
Access to AutoDS order automation services: Use credits for Auto-Order via your own buyer account (semi and full automation), Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA), tracking conversions, orders from Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouses, and sourcing requests.
Uninterrupted order automation: Ensure your orders are processed automatically.
Time-saving and error reduction: Automating repetitive tasks helps you focus on growing your business while minimizing mistakes.
Cost-efficiency: Thanks to volume-based pricing, the more credits you buy, the lower the cost per action, making order automation more affordable as you scale.
Requirements
Before using or purchasing Auto-Order Credits, make sure to enable the Orders Processor Add-On in your AutoDS account ($9.90/mo). Without this add-on, credits cannot be used for order automation, either fulfillment, or tracking.
What Auto-Order Credits cover
Auto-Order Credits are consumed when AutoDS performs specific automated actions on your behalf. Each action has a defined credit cost, and understanding how credits are calculated helps you estimate your monthly budget for your dropshipping operations.
You can use credits for individual actions (like only placing an Auto-order) or combine multiple services (for example, Auto-Order via your own buyer account (semi and full automation) plus tracking conversion). When you combine services, the credits add up.
The table below shows the credit cost for each action and the most common combinations:
Order method | Tracking conversion | Total AO Credits |
FBA or via your own buyer account | No tracking conversion needed. | 1 |
FBA or via your own buyer account | BlueCare Express (BCE). | 1.33 |
FBA or via your own buyer account | QTrack. | 2.5 |
FBA or via your own buyer account | Tracking Generator. | 2 |
Manual Order | BlueCare Express (BCE). | 0.33 |

What's the difference between Auto-Order Credits and managed order balance?
What's the difference between Auto-Order Credits and managed order balance?
Auto-Order Credits and managed order balance serve completely different purposes in your AutoDS account.
Auto-Order Credits: used to pay for order automation services like placing orders automatically, converting tracking numbers, and submitting sourcing requests. Think of these as the cost of the order automation itself.
Managed order balance: the prepaid funds used to pay suppliers for the actual products and shipping costs when using the Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) automation.
When automating your orders, you need both: Auto-Order Credits for the order automation and a sufficient managed order balance to process your orders and cover the product and shipping costs.

Auto-Order Credits are not refunded for canceled or returned orders. This is because the credits were already used to process the order automation service, even if the order was ultimately returned.
