We’re continually expanding our title and registration footprint, but it depends on your location, payment type, and other factors that change too frequently to list here. For example, some states exempt peer-to-peer sales from sales tax which limits what services PSX can offer before you incur an unnecessary tax burden.
Generally, if you finance the purchase, we’ll apply for title in your name. In some states, we’ll complete registration too. In several states we’ll complete title and registration regardless of payment type. Regardless, we'll let you know if you need to complete registration on your own, or if we will do it for you.
