Session counts are not updated automatically in Avaana when additional sessions are approved.
If a case manager has approved extra sessions but this hasn’t been reflected in Avaana yet, please forward the approval notice to ahtr-responses@avaana.com.au.
Our team will update the session count as soon as possible.
Once updated, the total number of sessions will be visible on the Client List page, accessible from the left-hand menu of your Avaana account.
