Why Can’t I Book a Subsequent Appointment After Receiving an AHTR Approval?

Session counts are not updated automatically in Avaana when additional sessions are approved.

If a case manager has approved extra sessions but this hasn’t been reflected in Avaana yet, please forward the approval notice to ahtr-responses@avaana.com.au.

Our team will review the information and update the session count as soon as possible.

Once updated, the total number of sessions will be visible on the Client List page, accessible from the left-hand menu of your Avaana account.
