The current appointment limits are 8 for Physiotherapy and 6 for Psychology. An AHTR form submission is required for any additional appointments.
Steps
Go to Avaana (avaana.com.au). Navigate to Provider Log In, then enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
Go to the Client List page from the left-hand menu.
Select the View Details to the right of the claimant's name.
From the top menu bar, go to Appointments and select Submit AHTR.
Complete all required sections of the form (indicated by a red asterisk *).
Click Submit form at the bottom right.
After Submission
A copy of the AHTR form will be sent to the email address listed on your individual practitioner profile.
You’ll be notified of the approval via the email address provided in your AHTR submission form.
Notes
You can’t update session counts or book additional appointments without an approved AHTR. Once your AHTR is approved by the case manager, forward the approval notice to ahtr-responses@avaana.com.au, and the Avaana team will update the session count for you.
You can view the session count for each of your claimants on the main page of the client list.
