Setting up Practitioner Working Hours

Managing practitioner availability is very straightforward!

From the Practitioner Profile page, click the Pen icon to open edit a Practitioners settings. head to the Working Hours section. Click the + icon to add multiple time slots in a single day, like 9 AM – 11 AM and 2 PM – 4 PM, perfect for covering peak periods.

Head to the Availability section. Under the Working Hours tab, click the + icon to add multiple time slots in a single day, like 9 AM – 11 AM and 2 PM – 4 PM, perfect for covering off-peak periods.

Under the Date Overrides if the practitioner is on leave or unavailable on specific days. You can easily nominate which days those are. You can also toggle Australian holidays on or off from the Holiday Tab, which automatically adds them for you.

Once you’ve set the working hours, date overrides, and holidays, double-check everything. When you're happy with the setup, make sure to click Save at the top right of the page to confirm the changes.
