Manage Practitioner Profiles after a sync

View Practitioner List

To view your Practitioners, navigate to the Practitioners tab.

This is where you’ll see all the practitioners that have been synced from your practice management software.

This is where you can add, delete, or edit practitioners assigned to your clinic location from your sync. (If your Practice Management Software has automatically created a practitioner profile via the sync please do not add them again. This will cause duplicate practitioners.)

Activate Practitioner profile

To enable or disable a Practitioner profile, use the toggle buttons.

Edit Practitioner profile

To edit a practitioner simply click on the Practitioner name or the pen icon next to the name.

This practitioner details page is where you’ll add all the essential information for this practitioner. While the sync pulls in some information, please fill out the remaining details.

Enable WorkCover,add AHPRA and SIRA (if relevant) for all Practitioners that will be participating in the referral program

Ensure the accreditation for their relevant governing body is accurate and up to date. Without valid accreditation, this practitioner will not be eligible to receive referrals until it’s completed.

Save Practitioner profile

Once you've filled out all the necessary information, double-check everything to ensure it’s correct. When you're happy with the details, simply click the Save button to complete the update.
