Setting up practitioner profiles is super easy, and it helps sync everything smoothly with Google Calendar!
From the Home page of your business dashboard, go to the Practitioners tab. This is where you’ll manually add new practitioners.
Click Add Practitioner to start. You’ll need to enter their name, contact info, and service offerings.
On this page you can add, delete, or edit practitioners. You can also easily switch the active status of practitioners on the dashboard using the simple toggles provided.
This practitioner details page is where you’ll add all the essential information for this practitioner. While the sync pulls in some information, please fill out the remaining details so our referring partners can see the practitioner's qualifications and specialisations. If they specialise in particular areas, be sure to update this.
Most importantly: Ensure the accreditation for their relevant governing body (e.g., AHPRA) is accurate and up to date. Without valid accreditation, this practitioner will not be eligible to receive referrals until it’s completed.
Once you've filled out all the necessary information, double-check everything to ensure it’s correct. When you're happy with the details, simply click the Save button to complete the update.
