Scholarship with Students is the broadest report type, pairing each student with the scholarships they're connected to by qualification and application status. It can include application answers.
Coverage
Scholarship details, the student–scholarship link (qualification status, application status, amount awarded, scores, follow-up, dates), student profile and academics, and application answers – recommendation/external-request answers included.
Use Cases
Qualified Not Applied – Identify students who qualified for a scholarship but have pending Before Applying requirements, and send a reminder bulk notification.
External Request QA Pass – Pre-screen external request responses (recommendations, etc.) and identify students who should be denied based on missing/unsatisfactory responses.
Awarded Students Roster – Generate an awarded-students list, including award amounts per scholarship and total award in cycle for downstream processing and reconciliation.
Impact Storytelling – Pull student essay answers alongside award status to support donor updates and stewardship narratives.
