Copying All Scholarships

To copy all scholarships, navigate to the Settings tab in the main navigation menu, then select the Award Cycles subtab.

Note: Scholarships are only able to be copied into a current or future award cycle; you are unable to copy into previous cycles.

Expand the cycle that you want to copy scholarships into. Under Copy Scholarships From, select a past cycle you want to copy scholarships from. Click the Copy Scholarships button to complete the copy.

The results of the copy will be displayed on the screen for you.

Note: If your award cycles have renewable payments, before copying scholarships you will need to ensure that your new cycle has the same number of payments as the one from which you are choosing to copy the scholarships from.
