To copy an individual scholarship, navigate to the last cycle where you offered the scholarship by selecting the Scholarships tab in the main navigation menu. Then make sure that your desired cycle is selected in the award cycle menu bar.
Select the scholarship, and at the bottom of the Details tab click the 'Copy Scholarship.'
From the drop down, select which award cycle you’d like to copy this scholarship to. Afterwards, click on the 'Copy Scholarship' button.
Note: A scholarship cannot be copied into an award cycle twice.
The results of the copy will then be displayed on the screen for you.
Repeat the process for any and all other individual scholarships you need to copy to a new award cycle.
