Purpose
Shows the status of external requests – most often letters of recommendation – so you can see which are still outstanding and who their recipients are.
Coverage
Student name and email, Student ID, recommender name and email, request template name, date the request was sent, and whether the response has been received.
Use Cases
Nudging students before a deadline when their recommendation requests haven't come back yet
Support triage when a student can't complete their application because of a pending external request
