When an Additional Requirement Question is reused across scholarships, the applicant's response to that question is shared.
The GIF below provides a brief visual example of how this works from the applicant's perspective. In this example, the applicant qualifies for both the Dean's Merit Scholarship and the First Gen Forward Award. Both require an official transcript upload. The applicant uploads their transcript first to the Dean's Merit Scholarship and then returns to their dashboard. The applicant clicks the First Gen Forward Award and sees that their transcript has been automatically attached. They simply have to click Submit Application to apply for the second scholarship.
