✨ Powerful Updates Across the Platform plus a New SpringIQ Feature
We’re excited to announce our first release of 2026, introducing powerful new capabilities and thoughtful enhancements across the platform:
Conditional Sections to simplify complex application logic and conditional workflows.
SpringIQ: Summary Score to provide early insight into application strength and alignment with program goals.
Automatic Donor Address Updates (NCOA) to keep donor data accurate and up to date.
Modernized Donor List for applicants/logged-out view featuring a refreshed UI and customizable informational banner.
New Scholarships / Distribution Tab redesigned to align with the platform’s modern look and feel.
#1: Conditional Sections
Conditional Sections are ideal when a single answer should trigger a larger, related block of follow-up questions (especially five or more). You can group those follow-ups into one section that only appears to students when it’s triggered by a specific response, keeping the main application flow clean and easy to follow.
For administrators, this makes configuration and long-term maintenance simpler: you can create and edit questions directly inside the section, quickly reorder them to match the student experience, and update requirements faster over time—while keeping conditional logic easier to understand at a glance.
#2: SpringIQ: Summary Score
SpringIQ Summary Score generates a preliminary score to help you quickly understand overall application strength and alignment with your program’s goals.
This high-level evaluation helps teams quickly identify strong candidates, prioritize review efforts, and make more informed and data-driven decisions earlier in the process. Get even more powerful insights to your applicants when you pair this with the SpringIQ: Applicant Summary released last month.

#3 Automatic Donor Address Updates (NCOA)
With integration to National Change of Address (NCOA), donor addresses can now be automatically updated to reflect the most current information on file. This keeps donor records clean and current while reducing manual maintenance. The feature improves deliverability for mailed communications by helping ensure messages reach the right address.
#4 Modernized List of Public Donor Profiles.
The Donor List has been redesigned with a cleaner, more modern look that’s consistent with the rest of the platform. Administrators can also customize the page’s informational banner to express gratitude to donors or provide student-facing guidance on how to use donor information to craft meaningful thank-you notes.
#5 New Scholarships Distribution Tab
The new Scholarships / Distribution tab brings the same distribution tools into a refreshed, modern layout. Administrators can assign distribution amounts, distribute funds evenly, and publish award statuses to students—all from one place. This streamlines the awarding workflow while keeping the experience consistent across the platform.
