If you have contract templates that your legal team has already approved, you can easily upload them to AWEbase to use when hiring contractors. (To learn about creating your own custom contract templates, see here.)

  1. Click on the “Settings” button at the bottom left of the screen to reveal the settings panel.

  2. Go to the “Contracts” screen.

  3. Click the “Add Contract Template” button to open the “Add New Contract Template” pop-up.

  4. Enter the name of the new contract template.

  5. Click the “File” field to choose a contract template file (which must be in .DOCX format) from your computer. (To learn about creating your own custom contract templates, see here.)

  6. Enter any number of categories of Deliverable (artwork, writing, etc.) that the contract will be used for.

  7. Click the “Add Contract Template” button to upload the file and close the pop-up.

Note: Once the new contract template is uploaded, click the "Mark New Contract Active" button to make it available for use.
