At this time, there is no way to import an image with its markers from one Product to another. Best practice would be one of the following:
Download the original image and then use the "Copy Annotation" feature - here's a recording to show you this:
Copy a Product - all images will be copied over, then you can delete anything you don't need - here's a recording to show you this:
