Sometimes things don't always work as they should. If you're not seeing something appear or you encounter a performance issue, try out some of these solutions.
Refresh the Page
It sounds simple but sometimes this solution is often overlooked.
Log out and Log back in
This is essentially the equivalent to turning it off and back on. We can't put backbone in a bag of rice so this is the next best try.
Try an incognito tab/window
This is like clearing your cache/cookies without actually clearing it. Nothing shady going on here.
After that, if you are experiencing slow page loading times using backboneapp.co please check the following:
Clear Your Browser Cache
Internet browsers often become slow and experience lag times due to Cookies and Cache data. Clearing your browser Cache and Cookies frequently may resolve slow loading times on Backbone PLM.
Chrome Cache
On your computer, open Chrome.
On your browser toolbar, click More ⋮ (Note: these three dots in the top right hand corner)
Inside the More ⋮ menu select More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
In the “Clear browsing data” box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything. Note: This option does not appear on all devices.
Click Clear browsing data
Disable Browser Extensions
You may be using Extensions in your browser that conflict with backboneapp.co. You may need to disable one or more browser Extensions to optimize your Backbone PLM experience..
Chrome Extensions
On your computer, open Chrome.
On your browser toolbar, click More ⋮ (Note: these three dots in the top right hand corner)
Inside the More ⋮ menu select More Tools > Extensions.
From the Extensions manager, Toggle each Extension setting to the left into off mode.
Quit Chrome completely and then restart your browser.
Extension Trouble Shooting:
You may be using an extension that conflicts with Backbone PLM. Systematically trouble shoot which extensions is conflicting by turning each extension back on before logging into Backbone PLM. – Should you discover an extension conflict, please report your issue to backbonesupport@bamboorose.com.
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure that your internet connection is stable and performing at high speed. Free tools that you can use in browser to check your internet connection speed are: speedtest.net or speed.googlefiber.net

We recommend the following for best performance:
Recommended: Download 50+ Mbps - Upload 10+ Mbps
Minimum: Download 25 Mbps - Upload 5 Mbps
Computer Operating System
You can use Backbone on these operating systems:
Windows: Windows 10 and up
Mac: High Sierra 10.13 and up.
Backbone is not optimized for any mobile devices at this time.
Computer Specifications
Recommended: 8 GB RAM, 4 core CPU 2+ GHz
Minimum: 4 GB RAM, 2 core CPU 1.8 GHz
