Release: Backbone Help Center

To continue providing you with the best support possible, we have changed our Support platform as of Monday, January 10th, 2022.

What does this mean for you?

  • A new and improved Help Center, as well as a more efficient way to contact our Support Team! You’ll notice a new icon (called the Beacon) in-app, which will give you the option to quickly search for answers or send a message to our Support Team.

How can you contact Support?

  • Through the Beacon, click “Ask” and fill out the information you’re prompted. Keep in mind, the more detail you include in your message, the faster we’ll be able to provide answers. For any bugs / issues, please include an image of what you’re experiencing, if possible.
