FAQ: Why is the Adobe Plugin blank?

We have identified an issue with the release of the Adobe Illustrator Plugin in which the Plugin will appear blank (see below image). Our engineering team is working to resolve this as soon as possible, however, in the meantime, you have two options:

First, please contact backbonesupport@bamboorose.com so we have a record that this occurred and we will notify you once resolved.

  1. If you want to continue using the Plugin, you can uninstall then reinstall the Plugin in the app store, like this:

  2. Alternatively, we recommend not using the Plugin until this is resolved. You can continue uploading your AI files the old way in the images section.
