What if my friends can't pay on time?

Slack mates? Money issues? Don't stress. There's no risk of losing your tickets! Here are the options...

Remember, Backpocket completes the order when the first person pays. So you’ll always get all of your tickets instantly, 100% secured. There's no risk of losing tickets.

Your group has 7 days to settle up with Backpocket. As the Group Organiser, you’ll be charged any outstanding amount if the split remains overdue. There are no late fees.

But don’t stress, if your group needs help or some extra time, just let us know. You may also be able to get a refund/cancellation from the seller (subject to their T&C’s).

Backpocket also makes it super easy to invite someone new with your link - just chuck it in the group chat!

To avoid being charged for overdue amounts you can always:

  1. Use your link to invite somebody else.

  2. Cover any unpaid shares yourself. You can settle up with friends or resell the tickets on a platform like Tixel later.

  3. Ask us for a little more time for friends to pay (we’re nice like that).

Need to speak to our team? Just email support@backpocket.com.au or use the chat icon bottom right corner of your screen.
