We’ve added a new Search feature that lets you instantly find key information across your dashboard—no more clicking through multiple pages!
Customers
You can search using:
Customer ID
Customer name
Customer email address
When you enter a customer’s name or email, you’ll instantly see:
Their Bookings (with Booking IDs)
Their Reviews
Clicking any result takes you directly to the relevant page — no extra steps needed.
Search isn’t just for finding info — it also lets you take action, fast. With a few keystrokes, you can:
Create a new listing
Create a new customer
Create a private event
View your monthly income
Open your business settings
Who Can Use It?
Only users with the role of Owner or Manager can access the Search feature. This helps keep sensitive information secure and avoids confusion for users with limited permissions.
Where to Find It
You’ll see the Search icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
