We've updated the Baluu navigation menu to make it easier to find and manage everything in one place!
Here's a quick guide to where you can find the different features in your Baluu Dashboard.
Main Navigation
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, you'll find the main navigation menu.
At the top, you'll see:
Ask Daniel: Get help from Baluu's AI assistant.
Today: View your daily overview.
Calendar: View and manage your scheduled sessions and bookings.
Your shortcuts: Quickly access your favourite pages. Click Add shortcut to customise this section.
Below these, you'll find the main sections of your dashboard. Click the arrow next to each section to expand it and see the available options.
Bookings
Under Bookings, you'll find:
All bookings: View and manage your bookings.
Orders: View customer orders.
Invoices: Access and manage invoices.
Waiting list: View and manage customers on your waiting lists.
Customers
The Customers section brings together your customer-related information.
Here you'll find:
All customers: View and manage your customer records.
Members: View and manage customers with memberships.
Reviews: View customer reviews.
Messages sent: View messages sent to customers.
Data model: Create and manage custom questions to collect information about customers and attendees during checkout.
Offerings
Under Offerings, you can manage what you sell through Baluu.
This includes:
Listings: Create and manage your classes, events, courses and appointments.
Bundles: Manage your booking bundles.
Products: Create and manage products.
Membership plans: Manage your membership offerings.
Gift cards: Create and manage gift cards.
Grow
The Grow section contains tools to help promote your business and increase bookings.
Here you'll find:
Newsletters: Create and send newsletters to your customers.
Discounts: Create and manage discount codes and offers.
Affiliate links: Manage your affiliate links.
Share your booking links: Access options for sharing your bookings.
Automations
Under Automations, you'll find:
Workflows: View, manage and customise automated emails and notifications, such as booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling updates. You can also create your own automations.
Templates: View, edit and customise email templates for booking confirmations, reminders and other notifications, including your email design, logo and colours.
Junno
Manage your AI chatbot, view customer conversations, track performance and customise settings, instructions and integrations, including WhatsApp.
Money
The Money section brings together your financial information.
Here you'll find:
Income: View your income information.
Monthly report: Access your monthly financial reports.
VAT reporting: View VAT-related reporting.
Website and Website v2
Use Website and Website v2 to access your website management and customisation tools.
Website v2 includes additional options for creating and customising your business website.
Website widgets
Under Website widgets, you'll find:
Components: Access your website widget components.
Settings: Manage your website widget settings.
Other settings and options
At the bottom of the navigation menu, you'll find:
Explore: Discover additional Baluu features. Switch a feature on and it appears in everyone’s sidebar; switch it off and it’s out of the way. Nothing changes for your customers either way.
Settings: Click Settings at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu to access and manage your business settings.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the Settings page to quickly find a specific setting.
To manage your account, click your profile picture or account name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
Here, you can:
Profile: View and update your profile details.
Notifications: Manage your notification preferences.
Help & support: Access support and help resources.
Refer & Earn: Share Baluu with other businesses and earn referral credit.
Switch to the old sidebar: Return to the previous navigation layout.
View as: View Baluu from a different user perspective.
Log out: Sign out of your account.
