Follow the steps below to create an appointment event on Baluu.
Go to Services and select Listings, click Add a listing
When creating a new listing, you’ll first see the “How would you like to start?” screen
You have two options:
Option 1: Start from Scratch
If you select Start from Scratch, you’ll need to:
Click Add New Listing
Choose Appointment listing type
Then fill in the usual details, such as:
Title
Description
Cover image
Price
Click Create listing
Once you’ve completed this step, you’ll be taken to the Basic Details page of your new event, where you can continue setting up availability, tickets, and other settings.
Option 2: Use a Preset (e.g. Consultation service)
You can also select a preset such as Consultation Service (Appointment).
This will automatically apply recommended settings for appointment bookings, which you can fully edit afterwards. It’s a quicker way to set up a structured, appointment-style programme.
Step 2: Set Your Availability
Go to the Availability tab
Click Enable appointments
Under Daily availability, click the + icon
Fill in the slot settings:
Click Save changes
Step 3: Copy Availability to Other Days (Optional)
If you offer the same appointment times on other weekdays:
Click the Copy (+) icon
Select the days of the week you want this availability to repeat
Click Apply
Step 4: Configure Guest Settings
Scroll to the Guests section
Set the minimum and maximum number of guests
Multiple customers cannot book the same time slot
Choose how far in advance customers can book this appointment
Click Save changes
Step 5: Publish Your Listing
Once everything looks correct:
Your appointment event is now live and ready to accept bookings.
