Setting How Far in Advance Customers Can Book

Learn how to set how far in advance customers can book your “By Appointments” sessions.

You can now decide how far in advance people can make a booking. For example, if you only want to allow bookings up to 2 months ahead, you can set this limit easily.

This feature is available only for “By Appointments” availability.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to your appointment settings and add time slots.

  2. Before saving, scroll to the bottom and find the “Bookable Up To” option.

  3. Select the number of months customers can book in advance.

  4. Click Save.

That’s it! Your event will now only accept bookings within your chosen timeframe, keeping your calendar organised and easy to manage.
