By default, sessions become unavailable for booking as soon as the session start time is reached.
Late Booking Tolerance allows you to keep sessions bookable for a short period after they have started. This can be useful for:
Walk-in customers
Late arrivals
Last-minute bookings
Drop-in sessions
When enabled, customers can continue booking for the number of minutes you set after the session begins, as long as there are still available spots.
This feature applies to:
Regular bookings
Drop-in bookings
Trial bookings
Termly bookings
How to Enable Late Booking Tolerance
Go to your Dashboard
Click Settings
Open Basket & Checkout
Enable Allow late booking tolerance
Set the number of minutes you want sessions to remain bookable after the start time
Once enabled, customers will still be able to book sessions within the time window you configure.
