Last Minute Deal

Use Last Minute Deals to automatically reduce ticket prices shortly before an event starts. This is ideal for filling remaining spaces, encouraging late bookings, and increasing attendance for sessions with low capacity.

If you wish to decrease ticket prices last minute to help fill remaining spaces, you can use the Last Minute Deal option in the Price Modifications section.

This is ideal for:

  • filling empty spots close to the event start time,

  • encouraging late bookings,

  • increasing attendance for sessions with remaining availability.

Step 1 — Open Your Ticket Settings

Go to your event or session and create or edit a ticket.

Inside the ticket settings, locate the Price Modifications section and click Add Price Modification

Then select Last Minute Deal

Step 2 — Configure the Discount

You can now configure your last minute pricing rule.

Name

Give your rule a name, for example:

  • Last Minute Deal

  • Late Booking Discount

  • Final Spaces Offer

Action

Choose how the discount should apply.

Example:

  • Decrease by %

  • Value: 15

This means customers will receive a 15% discount.

Step 3 — Set the Conditions

Under Conditions, select:

Booked within X hours of event

Then enter the maximum number of hours before the event that the discount should apply.

Example:

  • Maximum hours before event: 24

This means:

  • Customers booking within 24 hours of the event will receive the discount

  • Customers booking earlier will pay the normal ticket price

Click Add Rule

The discount will now automatically apply during checkout when the booking matches the conditions.

Example
