Adding Notes to a Customer Booking

How to add notes and additional information to a customer booking in your Dashboard

Keep track of any additional information about a booking using the Notes feature.

  1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the Calendar tab.

  2. The Calendar page will open, displaying all your event listings.

  3. Select the event listing that you want to add a note to.

  4. Click on the customer for the session you wish to add a note for.

  5. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the customer's name and select Notes.

  6. Enter your note and click Save Notes.

  7. A note icon will appear next to the customer's name, indicating that a note has been added.
