Can I Email Attendees for a Specific Event?

Yes, you can contact your customers through the Baluu platform. If you want to get in touch with your customers, there are a few options to do so.

Yes — you can email all customers booked onto a specific class or event directly from your Calendar in Baluu.

This is useful if:

  • You forgot to include important information in your automated email

  • You need to send additional details before the session

How to Email All Attendees

You can contact everyone booked onto a session in just a few clicks.

  1. Go to Your Calendar

  2. Find the event you want to contact attendees about

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the booking

  4. Select “Email All Attendees”

  5. Enter your subject and message

  6. Click Send Email

All customers booked onto that specific session will receive your message.

How to Email an Individual Attendee

If you only need to contact one person:

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Click on the relevant booking

  3. Find the attendee

  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to their name

  5. Select Email

  6. Write your message and click Send
