N.B. This article previously discussed 'Private tickets'. These have now evolved into Group Requests with Private sessions (for private group sessions) and Appointments (for 1 on 1 appointment style bookings).
Group Requests are a new feature on Baluu! You can set your availability by day and allow customers to book as a Private Group. This is excellent for corporate and bespoke requests.
You set the minimum # of guests needed, the dates you are available and the time you want to teach and those slots are available for people to request at your discretion.
Getting Group Requests set up is really easy, here is how:
Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Services' tab and then select 'Listings'.
2. A new window will open with all the event listings. Scroll to the event to which you would like to add group requests and select the 'Manage' button.
3. A new window will open on the 'Manage' tab.
4. Choose 'Availability' from the top navigation bar. (This particular feature was previously found in Tickets & Pricing, but it has moved!)
5. Click on Group Requests.
6. Slide the 'Allow Private Sessions' button on. You'll be able to see the following information fields:
7. Once you select the 'Save Changes' button, a new confirmation message will appear confirming that your private group session settings have been saved.
