What do I do if one of my events is full?

Its always great to know event sessions are filling up, marking your event as full is very easy when using your Baluu dashboard.

If you get bookings from other places as well as Baluu, you need to make sure to add those numbers to your Baluu dashboard so you don't get overbooked. If you don't do this, customers will be able to book your event and you'll have to cancel on them.

In order to avoid getting overbooked you can simply follow these steps to update your event availability. Updating your event availability is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps to get the most out of your event sessions.

1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Timetable' tab.

2. A new page will open with all the scheduled events. Go to the event session you would like to manually add an attendee to and go to the far right and click on the 3 dot menu.

3. A new drop-down menu will open, select 'Update event availability'

4. A new window will open with the event availability form. Please add in the required information and then click on the 'Submit' button.

5. A new confirmation window will appear confirming the changes
