Step-by-Step Guide: Adding a New Listing in Baluu

Learn how to create and publish a new event listing on Baluu.

In your dashboard, go to Services and select Listings.


In the top-right corner, select Add Listing.

Choose your event type. Baluu currently offers several options:

  • Appointment – One-on-one bookable slots for services like consultations, private lessons, or personal training.

  • Regular – Standalone sessions that customers can book individually — great for classes, workshops, and drop-ins.

  • Multi-Day – A bundle of sessions purchased as a package, such as a course, weekend workshop, or 3-day retreat.

  • Termly – Recurring sessions that run over a fixed period (a term), ideal for term-based classes, long courses, or after-school programs.

  • Rent (upcoming) – Allows customers to book items or services, like equipment or space rentals.

  • Stage (upcoming) – Lets you sell tickets for performances or grant access to venues — perfect for concerts, theatre shows, and large-scale events.

In this example, we’ll choose Regular.

Once you’ve selected the event type, you can add the event title, description, image and price.

After creating your event:

  1. Go to Manage Tickets.

  2. Click Add Ticket — here, you can also add add-ons for fixed dates (for more info, please check here).

  3. Next, add availability: go to AvailabilityFixed DatesAdd Session, fill in the details, and click Add Session.

Once done, you can publish your event!
