There are two ways to create availability on Baluu: Fixed Dates & Times, and Appointments.

Fixed dates and times allow you to create slots for minutes, hours and days which a customer can book one-by-one or bundled together. Their bookings are automatically confirmed, paid, and synced to your timetable.

Appointments allows you to create conditions of availability which apply on each of your listings indefinitely into the future, and booking secured on them must be confirmed in order to be taken.

This article shows you how to create a 1-to-1 booking slot timetable, of fixed dates and times.

Add New Event

From the 'Services' dropdown on the dashboard navigation, select 'Listings'.

Then press 'Add a listing' in the top right.

Fill in the following form making sure to select Singular as the event type - as this cannot be changed later. If you'd like to understand more about what our event types offer, you can read more here (Terms and Courses).

Once you've clicked 'Save', this will lead to your management page.

Dates & Times

On the management page you can see all the areas to update and manage your listing. Go to 'Availability' at the top first.

You'll see this screen.

*if you cannot see these options, it may be that you have selected a different event type. Make sure to go back and add a new event with the type 'singular'

Select 'Fixed Dates'.

Adding Sessions

Choose 'Add Session' to add a singular event session, or 'Add recurring sessions' to add many.

Here is what adding recurring sessions looks like:

You can choose when the sessions start, which days of the week they repeat on, and on what date, or after how many sessions, the recurring sessions end.

Then select the start time, duration, location, and instructor of these sessions. You can choose the maximum attendance, then how many of the standard ticket type there are. If you want to add other ticket types, see this article.

Now press 'Add dates'.
